The key challenges:

With a diverse workforce to support, Elior has an equally distinctive range of staff training and professional-development initiatives on offer. In line with its corporate value proposition to ‘Enrich lives, everywhere, every day’, it needed a creative production agency capable of producing promotional and training materials that would connect with employees to enhance their workforce experience and motivation at every level.

The results at a glance:

  • Campaign identities and supporting materials were successfully created to promote Elior’s industry-leading training and development programmes, including ‘Elior Academy’, ‘Thrive@Elior’ and ‘Future Managers’.
  • Elior’s commitment to upskilling its teams and nurturing its next generation of leaders was reinforced with the creation of a suite of training materials. These were beautifully designed and printed with care, clearly embodying the value Elior places on its people and their professional development.

Training-initiative brands, each with its individual flavour

Every workforce-development initiative launched by Elior centres around people. Each of whom has different qualities, skills, and aspirations.

Our approach to developing the identity for each training initiative was to articulate the individuality of every one of them.

With the ‘Thrive@Elior’ brand mark, for example, we wanted to instil a feeling of movement into the branding, and the distinctive freehand font achieves this, articulating a sense of unrestrained potential.

Serving up opportunities to enhance knowledge and release potential

From visually impactful printed training materials to promotional assets for online channels and platforms, such as Elior’s quarterly online magazine Apprentice, we’ve provided Elior with an end-to-end creative production service. And whilst each training-initiative brand we’ve developed is distinctive in its design tone, typography and image style used, every execution is a true reflection of Elior’s positive people-development culture, which inspires their entire workforce to engage, learn and grow.
