Creating a new charity supporter journey for ZSL
Engaging members through direct mail

A new journey
that resonates
with supporters.
In 2025, the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) reached out to our creative agency to help with the development and production of a new charity supporter journey, including distinct direct mail campaigns for various types of members.
As part of this complex project, our team created the collateral to elevate their Patronage and Fellowship programmes. We designed and produced vibrant welcome packs and informative booklets, all printed sustainably using FSC® certified materials.

Inside each pack, new members can find colourful postcards, pins, and important information about the international conservation charity and its work to restore wildlife all over the world for the last 200 years.
And to ensure an easy distribution process, we specifically designed these mailers for a large letter size in order to fit smoothly through the door when delivered.
Our collaboration on this charity supporter journey was a resounding success. As a result, our partnership with the ZSL has significantly expanded to include more diverse projects and collateral for multiple charitable initiatives and fundraising events.
