Helping Greencore Shine a Light on Staff Achievements
Elevated Event Delivery
For the latest edition of the Shine Awards, our team created over 350 special event packs. Our involvement started from the design and production, right through to packing and distribution to the 18 Greencore sites across the UK, as well as to the addresses of all the remote staff members. Every personalised pack contained an event brochure and folded agenda, flags, positivity cards, raffle tickets, star glasses, a flag and a Shine Awards key ring, and even some branded celebratory treats!
In anticipation of the Shine Awards, we were also tasked with creating promotional nomination videos and the event presentation that supported the announcement of the nominees and winners. In addition, we designed and produced digital and printed posters, email footers, social media assets, online meeting backgrounds, and certificates for the winners and runners-up, printed cards, and welcome signs.

The Shine Awards provided Greencore the opportunity to celebrate their colleagues and achievements, and it was a huge success, receiving widespread positive feedback and praise from across the business. Just browsing the social media reactions to the event, you can see the wide range of emotions it provoked! It’s incredible to see a business orchestrating a celebration of this scale for their employees, and we thoroughly enjoy being an essential part of it every year.
