Redesigning an innovative brand.

After delivering several successful projects earlier in the year, we once again helped the Flexis team stand out at the most important event for the fleet community: Fleet & Mobility Live 2025 at The Nec in Birmingham.

As an innovative provider of sustainable electric delivery vehicles and integrated logistics software, Flexis wanted to curate a vibrant space that showcases their complete solutions for professional logistics operators.

Following our successful collaboration for the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show, we were excited to design another custom exhibition space and event collaterals, with a refreshed style in mind.

Ranging from graphics for the light boxes and branded coffee cups, to the large format boards displayed and vehicle wraps!

An impactful rebrand launch.

As a result, Flexis was a total show stopper at the conference, which was confirmed by their Marketing & PR Lead, Sultana Rahman: “Fleet & Mobility Live was a huge success for us…in every sense. Visually, we couldn’t have asked for better!

The customer journey wall was such a hit that the other markets now want to

copy it. Also, our neighbour actually complained that our van wrap was too eye-catching

and stealing attention from their stand. I call that a win! Honestly, everything was chef’s kiss. Thank you for truly bringing the vision to life.”
