Allen currently holds the record for the longest career at Ruddocks, having joined us as a 16-year-old apprentice back in 1978!
Throughout the decades, Allen's skills have developed alongside the introduction of new technology into the business and he played an essential role in supporting the rest of the business as it continued to evolve in order to meet our clients' requirements.
Now as our Litho Print Manager, Allen specialises in creating efficiencies on the press to ensure exceptionally high-quality print, maximum capacity and less impact on the environment.
