Tris Palser
Managing Director Elect.
Tris Palser joined the business in 2001 as an apprentice film planner. Across more
than two decades with the business, Tris has worked in production, technology,
account management and sales, eventually becoming Sales Director and joining
the leadership team.
For many years, Tris had been heading up our sales team, continually looking for ways to enhance our offering. In order to increase efficiency and improve the client experience through investment, he led the installation of a new management information system and online ordering facilities.
As Paul Banton is stepping out of his MD role at the end of 2026, Tris will become the new Managing Director of Ruddocks, with over 25 years of experience within the business.
Now more than ever, Tris plays a crucial role in supporting our development, building on the company’s strong foundations while continuing to adapt to the changing needs of our clients.
