Paul Banton
Managing Director.
Paul Banton started at Ruddocks in 1999 as Production Overseer, but his drive and ambition for growth saw him quickly promoted to General Manager, before becoming our Managing Director in 2008.
Over the last 27 years, Paul has guided us through significant transformations, including the challenges of two recessions and a global pandemic, and developed a culture to support the future sustainability of the business. Being passionate about organisations supporting their local communities, he is also actively involved with supporting local charities and educational organisations.
Paul’s contributions significantly pushed our business to evolve into the creative production agency we are today. He continually empowers our people and steers our organisation towards a sustainable future, and successfully supported Ruddocks become a Certified B Corporation in 2025!
As he prepares to step out of his role and retire from the industry, Paul is passing down his knowledge and experience to his colleague Tris Palser, our current Sales Director, who will be stepping into Paul’s shoes at the end of 2026.
