Andy Clayton
Creative Services Director.
Since joining Ruddocks in 2011, Andy Clayton has been instrumental in the development of key creative clients, including the NHS, Visit Lincoln, St Barnabas, British Steel, Greencore, and the University of Lincoln, to name a few.
Over the years, Andy led on client brand strategy and marketing, as well as playing a key role in recruitment and mentoring across the business, supporting team members, work experience students, and clients alike.
In 2025, as our business expanded, Andy moved into the role of Creative Services Director. Now leading our creative team, Andy is building on the existing strong foundations within the studio and marketing teams. Continuing to shape and grow our creative teams and consultancy offer, Andy makes sure creativity remains at the core of everything we do.
