The Wild Summit UK

A brand new sustainability conference

The 2025 Wild Summit Uk designed by ruddocks

Standing up for nature conservation and recovery.

In 2025, our team helped Wildlife Countryside Link put together a brand new national sustainability conference centred around nature recovery, bringing together innovators and professionals within the nature and climate movement from all over the UK.

For this exciting new initiative, our team led the creative design, production and installation of all event materials and signage, supporting the project every step of the way.

From the large format banners on the main stage, to the eco-friendly photo props, stands, and wayfinding signs, as well as visitor lanyards, staff uniforms, branded panels and flags.

The Wild Summit UK: from concept to conference.

The first-ever Wild Summit UK was held at the Bristol Beacon on September 11 2025, and became a day fully dedicated to celebrating nature and discussing the action needed to reverse its decline.

This brand new event brought together numerous inspiring speakers, conservation charities and innovators in the environmental sector, achieving national recognition and inspiring action across several sectors.

Our team at Ruddocks delivered everything with one goal in mind: to create an accessible and immersive experience for all visitors, and we received lots of amazing feedback on the day. We were delighted to witness in real time how the attendees engaged with the event materials we carefully designed, produced and installed.

A bold new event inspiring action.

We were really excited when we embarked on this adventure as creative production partners for the conference, but even more pleased with the final results.

With over 1200 people in attendance at the first Wild Summit UK, and hundreds more watching the live broadcast online, it was a fantastic event, receiving national news coverage – a real credit to everyone involved.

Throughout the day, in all the seminars and conversations, there was a real sense of urgency and motivation. We were particularly inspired and honoured to have played a key part in putting together such an important event, and to enhance what was truly an incredible and inspiring day!

Reflecting on our long-standing partnership with the Wildlife and Countryside Link, Head of Communications Emma Adler said:

“We really value our strong working relationship with Ruddocks. They have been our go-to for years for projects large and small, consistently winning competitive bids. And we look forward to delivering more impactful projects together!”

The Ruddocks team is incredibly creative and always a delight to work with. We also love the organisation’s sustainability credentials and sustainable products.
