Beyond brand development.

Since 2015, our partnership with St Barnabas Hospice has extended far beyond designing a new brand identity and website.

As a creative production agency, we’ve helped bring their brand to life across a range of high-impact projects. One example is our work supporting the charity’s shops throughout Lincolnshire, developing signage, creative assets, retail materials and other branded elements that create a consistent and engaging experience for customers and supporters alike.

Rebranding the hospice
retail experience.

In 2024, our team supported St Barnabas Hospice with the relocation of its charity shop in Boston. The move provided an opportunity to refresh the store environment and establish a new approach that could be rolled out across the charity’s wider retail network of 25 shops.

We designed and delivered a range of in-store collateral, point-of-sale materials and external signage, creating a cohesive and customer-friendly experience. Through vibrant window graphics, banners, signs and display materials, the shop became instantly recognisable as part of the St Barnabas Hospice brand while maintaining a welcoming retail environment.

The refreshed retail space strengthened the charity’s presence on the high street, creating a more engaging experience for shoppers, increasing visitors and supporting the hospice’s ongoing fundraising efforts.

Their creativity and desire to really understand an organisation before starting a major project is what sets the Ruddocks team apart from others.
