Helping Greencore shine a light on staff achievements
Elevated event delivery.
The 2025 edition of the Shine Awards was one for the books. Our involvement started from the design and production, right through to packing and distribution to the 18 Greencore sites across the UK, as well as to the addresses of all the remote staff members.
Our team created over 350 special event packs, each of them personalised and containing an event brochure and folded agenda, flags, positivity cards, raffle tickets, star glasses, a Shine Awards key ring, and even branded celebratory treats!
In anticipation of the 2025 Shine Awards, we were also tasked with creating promotional nomination videos and the event presentation that supported the announcement of the nominees and winners. Additionally, we designed and produced digital and printed posters, email footers, social media assets, online meeting backgrounds, and certificates for the winners and runners-up, printed cards, and welcome signs.

With each edition, the Shine Awards provides Greencore the opportunity to celebrate its colleagues’ achievements. In particular, the 2025 event was a huge success, receiving widespread positive feedback and praise from across the business.
