At Ruddocks, we are truly committed to nurturing the
young talent in our community. To facilitate this initiative, we regularly host free group tours for students and teachers from local schools and universities.
Inspiring the workforce of tomorrow.
For many years, we have been running a project that aims to support special schools and SEND students, particularly from the Lincoln St Christopher’s Special School. This work involves visits to classrooms as well as tours to the Ruddocks offices and factory, where students can witness in real time what goes on behind the scenes in a creative production agency.
Through a combination of onsite mentoring and work experience opportunities, we provide free support to young people interested in a career across various sectors, such as print production, graphic design, sales, marketing & communications, and many other disciplines.
We also take pride in our long-standing partnership with the University of Lincoln, which consists of providing scholarships and sponsoring awards that align with our values and expertise, so particularly towards graphic design or marketing and advertising undergraduate students.
