Iulia Poama-Covaci joined Ruddocks in 2022 with a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing with Distinction from the University of Lincoln. Completing our marketing team with her digital skills and knowledge, her role focuses on social media marketing, web content creation and search engine optimisation, as well as planning and managing email marketing campaigns.

Through engaging online content and storytelling, Iulia has taken our digital platforms and community engagement to the next level. Her creativity, combined with analytical and technical skills, led to significant developments in our marketing automation systems, as well as our website migration project, completed in 2026.

Additionally, Iulia’s clear passion for sustainability greatly supports us on our journey to becoming Carbon Neutral by 2030, and has played a key role in helping us achieve numerous accreditations, including our B Corp Certification in 2025.
