Reimagining internal communications

Having worked closely with the team at Greencore over the last years on numerous projects and internal communications campaigns, we were delighted to be commissioned to design, print and distribute a new staff magazine called ‘The Core’.

This quarterly publication was created with the aim to increase engagement, promote good news stories and provide a platform for group communications across 35 locations across the UK and Ireland.

Ever since 2020, when we helped create The Core, the team at Ruddocks played a key role in managing the design, production and delivery of each edition, to over 13,000 employees! With over 15 editions to date, The Core continues to be a popular publication for colleagues, where they can read the latest information in a format they both enjoy and engage with.

The Ruddocks team are like an extension of our own! Their strengths come from how they get to know the business, build up relationships, and interpret briefs to deliver engaging outputs that help relay our business messages creatively through a range of both traditional and new channels.
