Arora Ball 2024
A spectacular circus-themed success

Crafting Memorable Fundraisers
The Arora Ball is a prestigious bi-annual event at the heart of the Arora Group’s philanthropic mission. Organised by the Arora Charitable Foundation, this high-profile event brings together hundreds of celebrities, supporters and corporates to raise vital funds for national charities, including UNICEF, Macmillan Cancer Support, British Diabetic Association, Thames Hospice, Cancer Research UK, and British Heart Foundation.
As we are already directly collaborating with many of these charitable organisations, it is a pleasure every time we help the Arora Group bring the Charity Ball to life and support such life-saving initiatives. As a long-term creative partner, Ruddocks has been proud to bring the last 3 editions of the Arora Ball to life. For each iteration, we envision a completely unique theme, ensuring every events brand feels fresh, immersive and highly impactful.

A truly spectacular edition
A highlight in our collaboration was the 2024 Arora Ball – a truly spectacular edition and entertaining for everyone present, as it was circus-themed!
From the start, the objective was clear – to imagine a completely different event brand, as well as design and produce premium quality materials. Everything we create aimed to elevate the event into a truly special evening for all guests, while generating a significant impact for the selected charities.

You always put the wow factor into the Arora Ball and deliver everything so flawlessly! I can only give you credit for all the effort your team put in, everything you provide for the event looks absolutely spectacular

Innovative Production & Premium Event Collaterals
For the 2024 edition of the Arora Ball, our team really pushed the boundaries in our production, brand creation and design process, experimenting with new styles and fulfilment methods. By using different textures and finishes, our team delivered maximum visual impact for the event collateral, ranging from invitations and event programmes to auction bidding props, table numbers and planners, and even photography boards, goody bags and digital assets.
The results? Through the generous guests’ donations, an incredible £1.5 million was raised on the evening to support the brilliant work of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and Save the Children UK!
