Job Overview

Our Office Administrator plays a pivotal role within our busy office. Based from our premises in central Lincoln, you will be supporting a vital part of our business by undertaking a variety of essential tasks that will allow our customer centric team to complete their account management and business development roles effectively and efficiently.  

We’ve built up our reputation since 1884 based on trust, reliability, and quality. We believe that working with us should be an easy and pleasant experience and as the first point of contact for many people you will be the epitome of this.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle all incoming calls and distribute to the correct colleague

• Meet and greet our visitors

• Proactively follow up suppliers and couriers for outstanding actions

• Book in our daily post 

• Support with data input tasks

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties

• Support job production and stock management

• Chase outstanding invoices for customers

• Support our FSC process by gathering and storing required documentation

• Organise and arrange meetings for account managers and the business development team
