After several years working as their print partner, Ruddocks’ collaboration with equine charity Bransby Horses expanded in 2020, when our creative studio was commissioned to redesign their brand. After delivering numerous successful campaigns and a complete rebrand, in 2023, the team at Bransby Horses came to us with a new challenge.

As a charity, Bransby Horses heavily relies on the support and kindness of their sponsors. Following their latest rebrand, they identified the need to engage their supporters through a new and improved approach, in order to thrive. This is where our team’s expertise came in, and together, we developed a membership campaign designed to improve the reach and retention of their loyal members.

A comprehensive and personalised campaign

The Bransby Sponsorship Stars campaign takes a warm, multi-channel approach to supporter engagement. New sponsors start their journey with a personalised welcome email, followed by a printed pack featuring a postcard of their chosen horse, an official sponsorship form, a bespoke certificate, and a handy bookmark. The journey continues with a comprehensive renewal journey where supporters receive a thoughtful mix of digital and printed reminders when it’s time to renew. Personal touches like a festive Christmas card and a birthday email for their sponsored horse help strengthen the connection and show genuine appreciation for their continued support.
